Meant to bring focus to the upper body by immobilizing the legs, the Pull Float by TYR is a valuable swim training tool essential to every swimmer's repertoire.
Correct Body Position; Strengthen the Pull
Made from supple EVA foam, this pull float is easy on the legs and won't chip or dent. Grip the buoy firmly between your thighs (just above the knees) and push off. Allow your legs to float effortlessly while you direct your attention to your upper body's movements. Improve upper body strength and pulling power. If you suffer from sinking legs, try the buoy between your ankles for a couple of sets.

Pull Float

I like the compactness for carrying it back and forth to the pool. Using it brings in a little bit more motivation to stay in the pool longer and adds some variety in my swimming routine.
