I think every one who is doing or still in the planning stage of joining a water aerobic class or do it by herself program should have this book specially if that person is a female for this book is for women ! honestly I think it will also benefit the male population as well , the exercises can be for male participants also . I love this book for it touches not only what exercises should be done but also about all the things a person should know about water therapy from why we must exercise , physical fitness, nutrition , body alignment ,posture , working out on your own , what is a good program , sample programs , your heart , pregnancy fitness common discomforts and lot's lot's more . it helps me a lot in my water therapy class ( I joined shape's fitness for women ) but following the exercises in this book when I am using our pool in the community part where I am living . love this book buy it and you won't regret it .
