The Italian-made Aqua Sphere Seal XP 2 Lady swim mask doesn't skimp when it comes to comfort and practicality. It's a great training partner for open water swimmers, triathletes, and fitness junkies.
Great Vision; Less Suction
This latex-free swim mask just hit the market in 2015. While similar to the original Seal XP Mask, the upgraded version features a more streamline frame, redesigned under-eye fit, and a low volume skirt (for less suction). The wraparound frame hugs the facial curves and provides 180 degrees of visual field, making this goggle ideal for triathlons. And, just like Aqua Sphere's other models, this pair comes standard with UVA/UVB protection, scratch resistant lenses, and pre-applied anti-fog.
Guys, this is the version for you.
The AquaGear Opinion
Many of us still own our original Seal Masks (some over 10 years old), so we can attest to the durability and mindfulness put in to each Aqua Sphere goggle or mask. We were excited to see a lower-profile frame and a "cooler-looking" cut in this Seal XP 2 model. While the frame is slightly down-sized, the field of vision is still as great as ever. We especially like these goggles for open water swimming.
The Bottom Line
If you're on the hunt for a comfortable and durable swim goggle, stop right here and make the Seal XP 2 Lady your final answer.
