Designed by Aqua Sphere, the Aqua Glide Cap is made from 100% silicone, making it a durable and uncommonly comfortable option.
Covers More; Drags Less
Thanks to its unique shape, the Aqua Glide Cap covers more of the head than a traditional swim cap, even featuring designated ear pockets. Great for heat retention during cold water swims, the Aqua Glide is a favorite among open water swimmers, water skiiers, and the like. The inner dimpling provides a better gripping surface against the hair and skin, while simultaneously reducing surface tension and the "hair pulling" effect.

Tight when worn over Aqua Earband
Written by Gil Moreno on May 28th
It keeps the water out which is great when using wax earplugs and the Aqua Earband but it is too tight and leaves a mark on my forehead for about three hours. Ugh. I need to find something that fits better.
Performs as advertised

This goes on easily, covers my long hair (works best in low bun), covers my ears comfortably and comes off without pulling my hair. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because it sometimes rolls up a little in the back. However, it has a little pull tab in the that's easy to grab to adjust it back down.

Keeps the water out
Written by Pia on March 16th
I needed a longer swim cap to cover my left ear and keep water out. After two tympanoplasties, I still have a small sliver of a hole that just won't heal and have to keep the ear dry. A molded ear plug alone still allows water in, but this cap coupled with the ear bands is doing the trick. It is comfortable. Doesn't squish my head and give me a headache, but I have a little head circumference and even use the child size ear band. I wish I had a thick head of hair, but do not. So...it might be tight for some people. I like the cap. It is strong and a decent thickness. Good price. It will hopefully last a long time. I swim 3x/week. I'm glad there was a option for me. I was thinking I'd have to get one of those old kind of caps with chin straps that my grandmother used to wear!

The best Swim Cap...
Written by Thomas G Hackim on May 7th
This Glide Silicon Swim Cap is the best I have ever used. It is large and very soft resting around one's head. So it does not pull. The ear sockets are nice too. I was so impressed by the cap after talking to Customer Service I bough two. And Aqua Gear Customer Service is wonderful. She actually measured the cap from the top center down below the ear... and I did the same on my head... to make sure it covered the ears. Thanks Aqua Gear!

I usually buy Speedo bathing caps, but they don't fully cover my ears. Because I wear hearing aids most of the time, I try not to get water in my ears. This cap has special ear pockets which make sure the ears are covered. The dimpled interior also makes it easier to put on. It also seems stronger than the Speedo caps I have been buying, which often rip while I am putting them on. I will continue to buy this type of cap in the future.
