Orders received before 4pm EST Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders placed before noon on Saturday will ship same day, excluding orders shipping via UPS.
UPS orders placed after pick-up on Friday and US Post Office Orders (Express, Parcel Post, Priority Mail) placed after noon on Saturday will ship on Monday.
International Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping weight of your order, and are then displayed automatically once you have entered your shipping address. For other methods or if you have questions, just give us a call 1-888-426-4327.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered to all addresses in the continental United States, on all orders over $75. This option excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. With this option, your order will ship same day, and delivery will take 1-7 days depending on your zone.
Standard Shipping
Delivery typically in 1-7 business days, but not guaranteed. Just $5.99 regardless of order size.
Standard Hawaii / Alaska Shipping
Delivery typically in 2-4 business days, but not guaranteed. Just $12.99 regardless of order size.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery in 2 business days after ship date. Not available to Puerto Rico, PO boxes or FPO/APO. Ships same-day Monday thru Friday, before 4PM EST. Orders shipped Friday arrive Monday as UPS does not operate on weekends.
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery next business day after ship date. Ships same-day Monday thru Friday, before 4PM EST. Not available to Puerto Rico, PO boxes or FPO/APO. Orders shipped Friday arrive Monday as UPS does not operate on weekends.
Do you ship to Australia? Noone sells Barracuda here.

On that page is an “Estimate Shipping” button. Click on that and enter your country. It will then display the shipping options and costs.

You advertise $5.95 shipping but when I checked out you charge me $9.95.

We have refunded you the difference. This is a bug in Google Checkout which we have no control over. We have told Google about the problem, and so far Google has refused to fix it. The issue is, if you choose $5.95 shipping from the drop down and hit “checkout” before Google’s page finishes loading, the shipping drop down box resets, and Alaska & Hawaii shipping gets selected since its first in the alphabet. The trick is to wait a second for the page to finish loading, then choose $5.95 and you’ll be OK. Or as an alternative, use our on-site checkout instead of Google Checkout.
We regularly check all incoming orders for this issue and refund the difference when this happens.

Your order was processed through a sort facility in AUSTRALIA on January 09, 2012 at 9:15 am, and according to tracking, you should have it soon.
