Hassle Free Returns
AquaGear wants you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept returns on any item within 45 days of purchase, except as noted below.
Returns Made Easy
Unlike some companies who make returns and exchanges a total nightmare, our return process is extremely simple:
1. Put the item(s) back in the box they came in.
2. Ship them to our warehouse (address below).
Just include a brief note to let us know if you want a refund or would like to exchange the item(s) for something else. It’s that simple.
Requirements for Returns
In “Like New” Condition
In order to qualify for a refund, the items must be in new, unused condition. It’s ok if you want to try it out in the pool- just be sure to rinse it off afterwards. Returned items must be in or with their original retail packaging, and include all printed materials and accessories that came with, if applicable.
Within 45 Days
Items must be returned within 45 days of the invoice date for a full refund. After that time we may be still be able to exchange them, at the manager’s discretion. In either case, they must still be in “like new” condition.
Exceptions
There are a few exceptions & Limitations to our return policy, as follows:
Goggles & Masks
Goggles and masks, particularly mirrored lens goggles are highly susceptible to finger prints. If you think you might want to return your goggles, be sure not to touch the lenses with your bare fingers. If we can’t clean the fingerprints off, we can’t resell them, and unfortunately can’t give a full refund.
Personal Care Products
For health and safety reasons, Personal Care items cannot be retuned once opened.
DVD, CD’s, and Software
Due to copyright law, we’re not allowed to accept returns on DVDs, CDs, and Software once opened. We are more than happy to replace defective media with the same item.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if you are exchanging one item for another, we will pay for the outbound shipping on the replacement item(s). If you received free shipping based on a promotional threshold, ie. “Free Shipping on orders over $60″, and a partial-refund drops your order total below that threshold, outbound shipping charges may be deducted from your refund. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.
Shipment of Returns
Returned items must be mailed to the address below, postage paid. We cannot accept COD returns, and cannot be responsible for packages mailed to the wrong address. For expensive items, we highly recomend insuring the package for the value of the items. We can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

The product received was shipped quickly and in good condition. However the neoprene vest was many inches smaller than other National brands like LL Bean, Land’s End, Talbot’s or Eddie Bauer. Anything they make in an extra large size will fit predictably well. Sorry to have to return this, as there is a need for womens garments that add warmth for water aerobics classes.
I ordered 2 pair of Zoomers swin fins on July 31, 2011. I gave them to my grandchildren as Christmas gifts. They do not fit. I have the packing slip and order information. They have never been used and are in the plastic bags they arrived in. I would like more fins only in larger sizes. I don’t think I have the original box they arrived in. May I still send them back for an exchange or is it too late? This order number was 12247.

Thanks for writing.
Although the Zoomers Swim Fins you purchased in July are beyond the 60 day return period, if they are unused and you have the original retail ‘bags’ that they were sent in, you may return them. Finis has discontinued the old Zoomers Blue and Red models, and has replaced them with Zoomers Gold. The design of the fin is the same. The main difference is that the gold is slightly stiffer than the Blue, yet a little more flexible than the red. They tried to make the stiffness in between the older models.
Since the Red and Blue Zoomers have been discontinued, we can offer credit towards replacement fins of your choice. Please let us know how you would like us to process your return once it arrives. You may send the fins to our warehouse at 13297 Temple Blvd West Palm Beach FL 33412. Please include a note so we know who the return is from, and how you would like us to process it.
