Water Gear Resistance Bells are designed to add resistance to a water exercise program and can be used throughout a routine or at the end for weight training. They are made of durable closed cell EVA foam that won't chip or absorb water. Foam padded hand grips. Available in 5 resistance levels.

Mini +40% - single aqua disc on each end
Soft +50% - aqua disc on one end, yellow disc on opposite end
Med +60% - 2 yellow discs on each end
Max +80% - 2 blue discs on each end
Ultra +99% - 1 yellow and 1 blue disc on each end

Percent indicates the amount of increased resistance over using no additional equipment.
