Ruth Sova's BackHab Book, DVDs and Cued CD. BackHab Testimonial: I have implemented Ruth Sova's BackHab II water walking progressions at our YMCA. Several of the participants utilize walkers, wheel chairs and canes. Many of them are reporting improvements that not only themselves, but their doctors are noticing significant improvements in their balance. Ruth has a wonderful tape 'BackHab II' explaining the progressions and modifications. I started the program as a workshop (only intending to teach it a couple of times, teaching them the strides) and it is so popular it is now a regular class.
