Aqualogix Bells come in 3 resistance levels to benefit all ages and abilities. All Bells are sold in pairs.

Aqualogix Cardio Bells - Low Resistance (red) The smallest rail allows for the least resistance through the water (less surface area creates less friction). Perfect for beginners, rehab patients, children, seniors or de-conditioned adults. Also ideal for sports workouts calling for fluid, smooth, quick, or continuous movements – i.e. underwater tai chi, boxing, karate, stretching, sports-specific training (jump rope, baseball, tennis).

Aqualogix Cross Trainers - Medium Resistance (yellow) The medium size rail allows for a moderate level of resistance through the water. Perfect for teenagers, adults, athletes, and select physical therapy patients. These are great for cardio work and strength training.

Aqualogix Sculptors - High Resistance (blue) . The large size rail delivers significant resistance through the water. Ideal for well-conditioned adults, military personnel, police and firefighters, and sports-specific athletes looking for peak strength and power performance. Great for strenghening, sculpting and power workouts.
